The Problem
You're entitled to compensation, but you don't know what to say.
Phone agents are trained to say 'no' or offer low vouchers
Without the right language, you'll be brushed off or transferred in circles.
Emails go unanswered or get generic form responses
You need a template that references DOT regulations and demands a specific outcome.
You don't know when — or how — to use social media effectively
Tweeting at the wrong account or with the wrong tone gets ignored. The right post gets escalated to a real manager.
Most people give up after one attempt
But airline disputes are won with persistence. You need a clear timeline so you don't quit too early.
What You Get

Questions
Everything you need to know.
My flight was delayed 2 hours, not 3. Does this still help?
Yes. While DOT rules for U.S. domestic flights don't mandate cash compensation for delays under 3 hours, the scripts can still help you request goodwill vouchers, miles, or future flight credits. For international flights (Montreal Convention), shorter delays may still qualify.
What if the airline already gave me a voucher and I accepted it?
The scripts will address this. Accepting a voucher does not always waive your right to cash, but it depends on the fine print. We'll provide language to still request cash while acknowledging the voucher.
Can I use this for a flight that happened months ago?
Yes. There's no time limit for DOT complaints, though airlines may be less responsive. The scripts will still work — just adjust the timeline.
Does this work for non-U.S. airlines?
Partially. The scripts focus on U.S. DOT rules. For foreign carriers operating flights to/from the U.S., many of the same rules apply. For flights wholly outside the U.S., we recommend checking EC261 (Europe) or local laws — the template can be adapted.
I already filed a DOT complaint. How does this help?
The product includes a section for what to do after a DOT complaint (e.g., following up with the airline, waiting periods). You can still use the phone and social media scripts to put pressure on the airline while the DOT investigates.
What if I'm not comfortable with conflict?
The scripts are designed to be polite and professional, not aggressive. You'll sound informed, not confrontational. Many users find the structure reduces anxiety because you're not making things up on the spot.
