Questions
Everything you need to know.
What language does this work for?
Any language – the activities are method‑agnostic (listening, speaking, vocab, etc.). You provide the content (podcasts, shows, apps) for your specific language.
I already use Duolingo – is this different?
Yes – this plan focuses on consistency and real‑world activities (not just app drills). You can still use Duolingo as one of the activities if you enjoy it.
What if I miss a day?
The plan includes a 'relapse recovery' rule: do just 1 minute the next day. No catching up, no guilt – consistency over perfection.
Will this make me fluent in 30 days?
No – and it doesn't promise that. It builds the habit of daily practice, which is the foundation of fluency. Real progress takes months, but consistency is the hardest part.
Can I use this if I'm already intermediate?
Yes – the activities adapt to your level. Intermediate learners will get more advanced prompts (e.g., write a paragraph, watch a news clip).
