The Problem
You know the content. It's Sunday night.
😰
Every post gets written from scratch

Deciding what to post while writing it is what takes the whole evening.

📋
The cards all look slightly different

Which reads as someone learning in public rather than as a resource.

📉
You wrote the progression, not the regression

But your readers are less experienced than your clients, not more.

⚠️
Half of it edges toward fixing people's pain

Which is where trainers get into professional trouble.

Questions
Everything you need to know.
Does it make the images?
No, and that's stated before you start rather than discovered at the layout stage. It cannot photograph or illustrate an exercise — the demonstration image has to be your own photo or properly licensed stock, and using something found online is a copyright problem however routine it is. What it does produce is a card layout written as HTML with your colours, which you save, open in a browser and export. A genuine substitute for having no designer, and no substitute for having one.
Why does consistency matter more than design?
Because a set of twenty cards in identical structure reads as a resource even in plain type, while twenty beautiful cards in five different formats reads as someone learning in public. Once the format stops changing, readers stop noticing it and start absorbing the content. That's the whole reason the card has a fixed eight-section structure that never varies.
What's the eight-section structure?
Name, what it's for, setup, three or four cues, the two most common mistakes, an easier version, a harder version, and who should skip it. The two mistakes section is the most valuable part of any exercise card and it's the one most published ones leave out — it's what lets a reader self-check when nobody is watching them.
Why does it keep talking about regressions?
Because published content reaches people you'll never meet and can't correct. Your readers self-select in and skew less experienced than your clients, so the easier version is the one that actually gets used. Progressions serve the readers who least need help. Every card gets a regression, and every card gets a line about who should skip it.
What can't I publish as a trainer?
Anything framed as diagnosing, treating an injury, prescribing rehabilitation, or managing a medical condition — that's where trainers get into professional difficulty, and it's a real risk to readers who then delay proper assessment. "Fix your back pain" content is the classic example. There's a scope check before you start and a pre-publish audit at the end, plus a referral line for anything that edges near pain. None of it is legal advice, and you're told to check your own governing body and insurance.
