The Problem
You've studied for months and still can't speak.
📱
App streaks aren't the same as conversations

You can tap the right answer and still freeze when someone asks you something. Recognition and production are different skills, and apps mostly train the first.

📚
Grammar-first is slow and discouraging

You can conjugate verbs you've never said out loud. Meanwhile the fifty words that carry most everyday conversation are still missing.

💸
Private tutors cost $30–80 an hour

They work. Three sessions a week is also a serious monthly bill for something you're not yet sure you'll stick with.

🤷
Without a roadmap you bounce between resources

A bit of an app, half a podcast, a book someone recommended. Motion without direction, and no way to tell whether you're progressing.

Questions
Everything you need to know.
How does the personalization work?
You enter the language, your level, why you're learning it, your timeline and your real daily time. The plan is sized to that — and if your timeline is optimistic for that particular language, it says so and tells you what you *can* reach instead.
Will I really be conversational in 90 days?
Depends entirely on the language, and the toolkit is honest about it rather than promising a number. A language close to English is a very different proposition from one with a new writing system or tones. It also defines what 'conversational' means at your target — being understood ordering food is a different achievement from following two native speakers, and treating them as the same is how people conclude they failed.
I tried an app and quit. What's different?
Two things. You speak out loud from the first week rather than tapping multiple choice, which is a different skill entirely. And the grid tracks 90 days with the explicit rule that ten minutes counts and a missed day resets nothing — because the streak-shame cycle is exactly what makes people stop.
Which languages does it cover?
Any language you name. The plan adjusts for how the language works — a new alphabet, tones or unfamiliar sounds change what you learn first and how long things take, and it accounts for that rather than applying one template.
Do I need other apps or a tutor?
Not to start. It describes the types of resource worth using and how to judge them, and it's careful to say it can't verify that any specific app or podcast still exists or is current. A tutor or exchange partner helps a lot once you have the basics — the point is not needing one to begin.
I'm too embarrassed to speak.
That's the most common blocker, and the roleplay exists for it. You practise the actual conversation with corrections that don't stop the scene, you can drop into English when you're stuck without it counting as failure, and you get it wrong somewhere with no stakes. Nobody has ever learned a language without making mistakes in front of someone.
