The Problem
The hard part isn't cooking. It's deciding, five nights a week.
🕐
Cooking from scratch every evening eats the part of the day you wanted back

Deciding, shopping, cooking and clearing up — repeated nightly. Doing most of it once takes far less total time than doing it five times.

🍕
Without a plan, you default to takeaway

You're tired, the fridge has three unrelated ingredients in it, and delivery is one tap away. The plan is what removes that decision.

💸
Meal delivery services cost $10–15 per meal

They're genuinely convenient. Ten meals a week at that rate is a significant monthly bill for food you could cook in one session.

🥗
Generic prep guides don't match how you eat

Vegetarian, gluten-free, a picky family, a kitchen with no oven. A menu you won't actually eat is a menu you'll abandon by Wednesday.

Questions
Everything you need to know.
How does the personalization work?
You enter which meals you want prepped, your dietary needs, the proteins you like, what you're tired of, your equipment and how long you've actually got. The menu is built around that — and if it won't fit your time, it cuts a meal rather than quietly overrunning, because a two-hour plan that takes three is one you do once.
Is food still safe to eat on day five?
Not from the fridge, which is why the plan doesn't pretend otherwise. Most cooked dishes keep about three to four days refrigerated, so anything intended for Thursday or Friday gets frozen on prep day and moved down the night before. You also get cooling, reheating and per-meal storage guidance — the part most prep guides skip.
I'm not a good cook. Can I do this?
Yes — say so and the menu stays within simple techniques, and the timeline tells you exactly what to start and when. Most prep meals are roasting, boiling and assembling rather than anything requiring skill. The hard part is sequencing, and that's what the timeline handles.
Does this work for a family with picky eaters?
Reasonably well, because the structure suits it: components stored separately and assembled at the meal, so one person's bowl has the sauce and another's doesn't. Tell it who eats what and it builds around shared bases rather than five separate dinners.
Do I need special containers?
No. Anything with a lid that stacks works, and glass reheats better than plastic. The one thing worth checking before prep day is that you have enough of them — running out halfway through is the most common way a first session goes wrong.
Will it count calories for me?
Only if you ask. It won't lead with numbers, set calorie targets or build a restriction plan — if you're aiming at weight loss specifically, it keeps the food adequate and suggests a dietitian for anything beyond straightforward cooking. Ask for macros and you'll get them; otherwise it stays about the food.
