How does the personalization work?
You enter the occasion, topic, audience, length, how you feel about speaking and how long until the event. That last one matters most — a three-day plan and a three-week plan look nothing alike, and the draft is written to match how you actually talk rather than in generic speech-language.
Will it make things up for me to say?
No, deliberately. It's instructed not to invent anecdotes, statistics or attributed quotes for you to deliver as fact — an audience member checking a made-up figure afterwards is a far worse outcome than a plainer speech. Where a story would help, it tells you what kind to supply from your own life.
I'm terrified. Will the anxiety tools help?
For ordinary nerves, yes — the breathing routine, knowing the opening cold, and the fact that the physical symptoms are much less visible than they feel. It also skips the folk advice: no picturing anyone naked, and no power-pose claims that didn't hold up when tested.
What if my fear is more than nerves?
Then the toolkit says so rather than coaching you through it. Does it cover wedding toasts and eulogies?
